Manager Material Recovery Facility

Responsibilities and Duties:

The following is a summary of the major functions of this individuals job:

1. Resource Management:
   

a) Assigning and monitoring the daily tasks to all the project coordinators and supervisors.

1. Process Improvement:
   

a) Comparing the daily and ideal production categories and efficiencies recommend action points to improve the current situation.

b) Coordinate with supply chain team build linkages with suppliers and vendors ensure quality of sorted material to decrease deductions and improve profitability.

c) Do inventory management plan and coordinate dispatch for space efficiency.

1. Audits:
   

a) Monthly physical audits at all locations & Weekly audits of the Wise waste PRF application and registers maintained in the PRF.

b) Ensure compliances- QEHS rPG and HR.

1. Field Survey:
   

a) Analysing the market condition for better pricing for sourcing and end destination.

b) Predicting the pricing from the data of the past dispatches.

1. Data Management:
   

a) Ensure all the data related to production manpower sourcing end destinations and other important data are covered and accurate in Wise waste.

1. Project Management/Coordination:
   

a) Overview the MRF/PRF/CC project at all the locations.

b) P&L Monitoring and data analysis.

c) Monitor machinery breakdown and production efficiencies.

d) Monitor the roles of all the coordinators working in the facilities

e) Monitoring the sources and end destination for the plastic materials.

f) Compare the plastic pricing at different locations of MRF/PRF.

g) Ensure all the technologies such as IOT and Vision systems are utilized by the MRF/PRFs.

1. Capacity Building:
   

a) Monitoring coordinators job roles and areas of interest and promptly enhancing their knowledge and skills.

1. Documentation and Reporting:
   

a) Reporting the performance of the MRF/PRF on a weekly basis with action points to the management.

b) Conduct weekly meetings with the MRF/PRF/CC entrepreneurs.

1. Business Development:
   

a) Establish channels for working capital support to the entrepreneurs.

b) Business development support to ensure the PRFs have a self-sustaining business model.

c) Offtake agreements.

1. Maintenance:
   

a) Complete maintenance of machinery.

b) Preventive maintenance of Balers conveyors and Shredders.

1. Infrastructure Capacity Building and Management:
   

a) Set up infrastructure and upgrade SS/CC dry run set up operations review daily operations improves operational efficiency and address operational issues.

1. Team management:
   

a) Review production Data and P&L.

b) Machinery procurement maintenance and repair.

c) Frame and execute SOPs.

d) Coordinate with all teams and streamline process.

e) Do time Study identify the loop holes and find solutions.
