Requirements
We are seeking a senior technical SME to lead and grow our NexGenTek (NGT) services. This role owns the technical engagement from initial RFP response through deal closure and continues with full technical ownership of the client account post-sale.
The individual partners closely with sales to help win client engagements then leads technical delivery while actively identifying shaping and helping close additional opportunities within the account. This is a highly client-facing role that combines solution architecture delivery leadership and technical account growth.
Key Responsibilities
Deal Support and Account Transition
- Own technical engagement from RFP response through deal closure
- Partner with sales during pursuits to shape solutions and help win deals
- Define technical scope architecture and delivery approach
- Support client presentations and technical discussions
- Transition the account from sales to delivery with full technical ownership
Technical Delivery Leadership
- Own technical delivery of the current project
- Provide architectural guidance and technical direction to delivery teams
- Ensure solutions align with best practices security standards and client objectives
- Build scale and lead technical teams as the account grows
- Lead technical interviews for project staffing
Account Growth and Expansion
- Identify new technical opportunities during project execution
- Propose additional services enhancements and future phases
- Develop long-term technical roadmaps aligned to client goals
- Partner with sales to scope position and close follow-on work
- Actively contribute to revenue growth within existing client accounts
Client Advisory
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders
- Communicate emerging technology trends and relevant use cases
- Build strong long-term technical relationships with clients
