As they continue to scale operations and strengthen their supply chain backbone they are seeking an exceptional Head of Supply Chain to provide strategic leadership operational excellence and people-driven transformation across their end-to-end supply chain.

This is a senior executive leadership role for a commercially minded supply chain leader who combines deep technical expertise with the ability to lead inspire and build high-performing teams in a complex fast-moving environment.

• Provide overall strategic leadership for the end-to-end supply chain function including planning procurement warehousing logistics distribution and inventory management.
  

• Design and execute a robust scalable supply chain strategy aligned with business growth efficiency and customer service objectives.
  

• Lead supply chain operations across modern retail and multi-channel distribution networks ensuring availability cost optimization and service excellence.
  

• Drive process optimization digitization and continuous improvement across the supply chain to enhance visibility speed and resilience.
  

• Build mentor and inspire a high-performing supply chain leadership team fostering accountability collaboration and execution excellence.
  

• Partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams (Commercial Finance Operations) to support business strategy and profitability.
  

• Manage vendor and third-party relationships ensuring strong governance performance management and risk mitigation.
  

• Oversee supply chain KPIs budgets and performance reporting with full ownership of outcomes.
  

Requirements

Who You Are

• A seasoned supply chain executive with extensive experience in FMCG modern retail pharmaceutical retail or large-scale consumer businesses.
  

• Proven track record leading complex high-volume supply chain operations within structured high-performance organizations.
  

• Demonstrable experience in supply chain management including distribution networks and inventory optimization.
  

• A strong people leader with the ability to inspire teams develop future leaders and drive performance through influence and clarity.
  

• Strategic yet hands-on with strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate strategy into execution.
  

• Comfortable operating at C-suite / executive level influencing stakeholders and driving enterprise-wide impact.
  

• Experience working across multiple locations and managing geographically dispersed teams is a strong advantage.
