We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Virtual Assistant to provide crucial support to our internal IT team focusing primarily on the administration and maintenance of our digital storefront and related systems. This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels in web administration e-commerce management and customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Website and IT Support: Work closely with the internal IT team on daily operations including general maintenance troubleshooting and ensuring the stability and optimal performance of the company website.
- E-commerce Administration: Take ownership of the administrative aspects of our WordPress and WooCommerce platform including plugin management theme updates security checks and configuration adjustments.
- Data and Product Management: Efficiently manage update and maintain comprehensive product listings inventory data and customer databases within the e-commerce system to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Customer Engagement: Provide timely and professional assistance by responding to customer chat inquiries directly on the online store resolving issues and escalating complex problems as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience (at least 1-2 years) in a Technical VA Web Administrator or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in WordPress and deep working knowledge of WooCommerce for e-commerce management.
- Familiarity with database management concepts and experience in maintaining product data integrity.
- Excellent written communication skills for professional customer chat support.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with a high degree of organization.
- Technical aptitude to quickly learn new software and troubleshoot basic website issues.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable using tech platforms and tools especially project management and communication tools Familiarity with the Apple App Store and Google Play Console is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience with customer-facing communication Ability to troubleshoot problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities Self-motivated organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
