What Youll Be Doing
- Meet clients in their homes for scheduled design consultations
- Assess needs take measurements and recommend custom solutions
- Guide homeowners through thoughtful design-driven decisions
- Manage your appointments with strong operational and installation support
- Deliver a polished experience from initial visit through installation
This is a relationship-driven professional role not transactional sales.
Work Style & Schedule
- Field-based role with autonomy over your day
- Appointments are intentionally routed and planned
- Freedom to work independently with a strong support system behind you

Compensation & Training
- $1500 per week commission during 12-week training
- Transition to uncapped commission with consistent earning opportunity
- Paid in-person training at our Denver HQ (Feb)
