Job Summary

1. Lead desk Officer for reserve ICS capability contribution for 1(UK)XX operations and exercises.

2. Provide specialist advice on to the Divisional HQ on optimising Reserve input to divisional activity.

3. Operations focal point for Reserve ICS capability within HQ 1(UK)XX.

4. Lead desk officer for synchronising reserve ICS activity across the Div HQ branches.

5. Provide support for staff technical papers and Divisional OSW in Reserve ICS related matters.

6. Focal point for the identification of reserve ICS related risks and issues.

7. Support reserve ICS capability development activities.

8. All other reasonable tasks as directed by the Chain of Command.
