The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial & Analytics Lead to join our Health & Benefits team. This role will be pivotal in driving data-driven insights actuarial modeling and strategic analytics to support client decision-making and optimize benefits programs. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with leadership skills to work with the account team ensuring excellence in delivery and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead actuarial and analytic projects across health and benefits portfolios including medical life and non-insured benefits

  • Develop validate and maintain actuarial models to forecast costs utilization and risk exposure.

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients on plan design pricing and risk management.

  • Oversee data analysis reporting and visualization to support evidence-based decision-making.

  • Drive innovation by leveraging advanced analytics predictive modeling and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in actuarial science Mathematics Statistics or related field

  • Professional actuarial designation (e.g. ASA FSA FIA or equivalent) preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in health and benefits actuarial work.
  • Benefits Consulting experiences preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical tools and data visualization platforms (e.g. Python Power BI Tableau).
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in managing teams and delivering client-focused solutions.
