What this job involves:
We are seeking an analytically strong and detail-oriented professional to support end-to-end financial operations revenue governance and cross-functional reporting. This role is central for maintaining accurate financial data ensuring timely billing and collections and supporting broader finance and business teams with insights that drive operational and financial decision making.
The role will require a large amount of coordination with the different teams within JLL as well as working with the different teams of the client to coordinate and deliver together. You will also focus on related goals aimed at improving the overall approach in financial reporting
As one of the regional coordinators youll be working frequently with stakeholders so youll need to build strong relationships with them. Likewise youll need to be proactive and engaging; and make sure that the stakeholders expectations are met each and every time. You will also be the go-to person for any reporting related concerns.

Financial Database & Systems Management:
o Manage and maintain all revenue-related information within JLL financial platforms
o Ensure that all financial entries modifications and adjustments reflect correct values and adhere to internal accounting guidelines.
o Strengthen data integrity by conducting periodic checks and ensuring alignment between operational and financial systems.
Invoicing & Financial Reporting:
o Share monthly summary of outstanding billing transactions with the business team and coordinate for timely invoicing and revenue recognition.
o Assist with revenue booking and validating invoice and accrual details collaborating with finance and business teams to maintain data integrity.
Reconciliation & Executive-Level Financial Support:
o Assist finance controllership with the preparation of monthly summary of variances
o Conduct monthly reconciliations of invoicing and accruals and promptly escalate irregularities to business team to protect budget forecasting.
Accounts Receivable Oversight & Data Insights:
o Generate reports highlighting outstanding receivables aging summaries for both finance controllership and business team
o Liaise with business teams to follow up on the payment collection status and ensure finance systems reflect up-to-date collections data.
o Utilization of advanced excel tools to manage revenue tracking and generate reports as per requirement.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
o Collaborate with IT team to enhance reporting system for revenue reporting systems efficiency and accuracy.
o Partner with the business development team to prepare and share quarterly or year-end reconciliation reports.
o Coordinate with the business team to update fee share and rebate reports to be monthly distribution
o Act as key liaison between finance and business teams to address inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
High proficiency in excel (pivot tables lookups power queries or similar tools).
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
Attention to detail accuracy and a commitment to maintaining financial integrity.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
You will require to have a graduate degree with at least 2 3 years of work experience in finance operations revenue accounting and reconciliation exposure is preferred.
An eye for detail and emotional intelligence to personality-manage stakeholders in different cultures and geographies will be a differentiator for this role. Strong MS excel skills with grip on financial variables for developing reports and an ability to appropriately articulate messaging along with conflict resolution with multiple real estate stakeholders are necessary capability requirements.
