Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities within the corporate sector and driving revenue growth by offering customized corporate service solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential corporate clients.

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling networking referrals and industry events.

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Consultative Sales

  • Understand client business needs and challenges through detailed discussions.

  • Present tailored corporate service solutions that support clients business expansion and operational needs.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Ensure smooth client onboarding and maintain long-term client satisfaction.

Sales Negotiation & Closure

  • Prepare and present proposals aligned with client requirements.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively within the sales cycle.

Market Research

  • Stay updated with industry trends competitors and market opportunities.

  • Provide insights to management for service improvement and market expansion.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in corporate services or a related industry.

  • Strong understanding of corporate client requirements and business operations.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset.
