As the VP of Global Growth Marketing you willbe responsible fordriving scalable data-driven marketing programs that fuel pipeline growth and revenue. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officeryoulllead a high-performing team across regional growth marketing SEO lifecycle marketing web and analytics and collaborate closely with salesandproduct leaders to execute integrated campaigns that resonate with our target audiences.

Location:
This position is available to all applicants eligible to work in Canada and residing in Toronto Ontario. This is a hybrid role working from office 3 days a week from our Downtown Toronto office.

What you will be doing:

    • Develop and execute a global growth marketing strategy aligned with companyobjectivesand revenue targets.
    • Own the demand generation funnel including paid media SEO email marketing ABM and conversion optimization.
    • Lead and mentor a team of growth marketers channel specialists and analysts.
    • Partner with regional marketing teams to localize campaigns andoptimizeperformance across geographies.
    • Oversee marketing operations attribution modeling and performance reporting to ensure data-driven decision-making.
    • Collaborate with product marketing and sales to align messaging targeting and campaign execution.
    • Manage andoptimizemulti-million dollarmarketing budgets across channels and regions.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends marketing technologies and competitivelandscapeto drive innovation.

What you will bring:

    • 10 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
    • Proven track record of scaling global demand generation programs in SaaS or technology environments.
    • Deep expertise in digital marketing channels marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing attribution funnel metrics and ROI analysis.
    • Exceptional leadership communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
    • Experience in the accounting or audit industry is a plus but not required.
