Business Analyst - Banking Domain

Years of Experience: 5-7 Years
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in the banking domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the BA lead to develop essential project documentation facilitate meetings with business and technology teams and ensure a clear understanding of requirements across all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the BA lead to create High-Level Requirements Document (HLRD) Detailed Requirements Specifications (DRS) and other project documentation.
- Facilitate project meetings with clients and key stakeholders to gather analyze and finalize business requirements ensuring formal sign-offs from approvers.
- Translate business requirements into Business Requirement Document (BRD) Functional Requirement Document (FRD) Minor Development Document (MDD) and Jira Epics.
- Analyze data using Excel and other reporting tools to ensure data quality and accurate calculation results.
- Coordinate with offshore and onsite team members to fulfill BA responsibilities from project initiation to post-implementation.
- Work closely with operational functional teams and technology teams to facilitate a common understanding of requirements and priorities.
Mandatory Skills:
- Payments domain experience.
- Full Stack Foundation (Deal Breaker Skill).
- JavaScript - Advanced.
- NodeJS - Advanced.
- Java (Spring Boot) - Intermediate.
- API Design - Intermediate.
- Package Management - Advanced.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
