Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic experienced and proactive Senior HR Business Partner to support our operations in Ireland Switzerland Austria and CEE (CHATCEE). This role is a hybrid role and will be based in our Dublin office. As an individual contributor you will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders delivering expert HR guidance and ensuring alignment between the people strategy and the broader business objectives. You will partner closely with leaders across functions such as GTM Sales Operations Marketing and Corporate Functions. You will be an integral part of our EMEA HRBP team. While focused on your primary region you may occasionally be required to lend support to other EMEA areas based on business needs. 

What you get to do in this role: 

  • Strategic Partnering: 
    Serve as the primary HRBP for Senior Directors and below in Ireland and the CHATCEE region aligning HR strategies with business goals and acting as a trusted advisor and coach. 

  • Provide strategic support to the cross-functional senior leadership team in Ireland.  

  • Organizational Development: 
    Drive initiatives focused on talent development organizational effectiveness workforce planning and change management. 

  • Employee Relations & Engagement: 
    Support and advise leaders on complex employee relations issues engagement strategies and culture development ensuring compliance with laws in Ireland and the CHATCEE region.  

  • Talent Management: 
    Support succession planning performance management and leadership development in collaboration with COEs Centres of Excellence( COEs). 

  • Change & Transformation: 
    Partner with business leaders to manage organizational changes including restructures integrations and transitions. 

  • Data & Insights: 
    Use people analytics and workforce data to drive decision-making and provide insights to the business. 

  • Local Expertise: 
    Provide expert guidance on employment legislation labour relations and HR best practices specific to Ireland and the CHATCEE region. 


Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. 

  • 12 years of progressive HRBP or HR generalist experience ideally within a multinational or matrixed environment. 

  • Experience supporting Senior Director-level leaders and below. 

  • Strong knowledge of local labour law and HR practices in Ireland and Switzerland. Knowledge across the other countries is a strong advantage  

  • Fluent in English. Fluency in German is a strong advantage.  

  • Experience working with Go-To-Market commercial sales teams is preferred. 

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities across regions. 

  • Strong skills in coaching employee relations and change management. 

  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday) and HR analytics tools.
