Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Payroll Specialist!
Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
oLead a team of payroll analysts ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
oMonitor team performance and provide coaching to enhance efficiency.
Payroll Operations:
oOversee end-to-end payroll activities ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
oAddress and resolve complex payroll issues or escalations.
Reporting and Analytics:
oGenerate payroll reports for management review and decision-making.
oAnalyze trends and provide insights to improve payroll operations.
Compliance and Process Improvement:
oEnsure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
oIdentify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in finance or a related field.
Relevant years of payroll experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Advanced proficiency in payroll software and reporting tools.
Relevant years of experience in (one of Australia New Zealand Philippines and India) payroll or a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience in process improvement and automation.
Preference of an understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
