Job Summary
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for business users and coordinate with SAP team.
- Lead end-to-end AMS support including incident problem change and service requests
- Provide daily SAP application support including issue diagnosis and resolution.
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation and roll-out projects
- Create review and revise technical documentation and end-user training materials to meet project requirements
- Consult with professionals from other departments and other SAP consultants in different modules to ensure clients consistent experience.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science or any related field.
- At least 10years of working experience in either SAP support or SAP project implementation.
- Experience in integratingSD/MM/FI/CO with other SAP modules is highly valued.
- 3 years of experience leading SAP AMS / support operations.
- Strong understanding of business processes industry standards and best practices for related applications.
- Proven ability in managing the projects generating process documentation and reports.
- Excellent communication detail-oriented and analytical thinking.
- Highly individuals with excellent problem-solving skills.
- English Working Proficiency.
