Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Qualified to perform the construction maintenance and repairs of fiber optics-based telecommunication systems including proper cable preparation cable installations fusion splicing and cable/termination testing procedures.
Fiber Technicians must have the aptitude to interpret maintain and create fiber optic splice maps.
Certification for cable splicing and testing are preferred.
