Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami International Airport is searching for a Front Desk Supervisor to join their Front Office team! This position will report to the Director of Front Office.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in Front Office in a hotel. Open flexibility and willing to work mornings and nights is required. the needed schedules are Fridays Saturdays and Sundays. Hilton and OnQ are highly preferred but not mandatory. Bi-lingual is highly preferred
Shift Pattern:Open availability for all shifts including overnights and Weekend/holiday availability is required.

What will I be doing
As a Front Office Supervisor you would be responsible for assigning work and ensuring the completion of daily tasks in Front Office operations in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
