As Water Project Manager you will be responsible for the safe compliant and efficient delivery of water network installations across the Kent region.
Youll lead WIRS-accredited teams manage daily operations and ensure all works are delivered to the required technical safety and quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.
What youll be doing
In this role you will oversee multiple water projects from planning through to commissioning ensuring operational control and compliance at every stage.
Youll manage site teams plan programmes of work monitor health and safety carry out technical audits and ensure all certification and WIRS documentation is completed accurately.
Youll also work closely with clients NERS and GIRS supervisors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction.
About you
Youll be an experienced water industry professional with a strong background in water distribution and network construction at management or supervisory level.
Youll be confident leading teams managing compliance and audits and maintaining high standards of health and safety. A proactive organised and hands-on approach is essential along with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
