Salary: 50000 - 54000.00 basic plus car allowance.

Theyre seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to lead their South operations team overseeing service delivery team performance and client relationships. Position Overview
As Field Service Manager youll oversee daily service operations across the South region managing a team of service and trainee engineers. Youll allocate upgrade works and maintenance tasks attend client sites professionally and prepare accurate quotations. Your focus will be on achieving SLA and KPI targets managing escalated faults and ensuring your team delivers consistently high standards. Youll act as a key escalation point for clients lead meetings and support the Projects Department directly contributing to client satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities
Oversee and allocate upgrade works and day-to-day tasks to service teams ensuring efficient resource planning
Plan and allocate service and maintenance work to achieve agreed SLA and KPI targets
Attend client sites professionally prepare accurate quotations and advise on system improvements
Manage escalated faults and serve as first point of contact for client complaints
Monitor team performance conduct engineer meetings and audits and identify training needs
Supervise service and trainee engineers providing guidance and mentoring to support their development
Coordinate preventative maintenance (PPM) activities and manage call-out rotas
Produce incident reports and maintain accurate documentation for all service activities
Manage attendance conduct appraisals and model high professional standards across the team
Review subcontractor work and liaise with the Projects Department on ongoing activities
Complete daily expenses weekly with valid VAT receipts and maintain company vehicles and equipment
Participate in escalation and call-out rotas as required
Stay informed on security industry regulations and ensure compliance across all operations
Requirements
2-5 years management or supervisory experience within the security industry
Strong organisational and time-management skills with proven ability to prioritise effectively
Demonstrated mentoring and leadership capabilities with experience managing technical teams
Full understanding of NACOSS requirements across all security disciplines
Product-specific qualifications (for example Lenel or CCURE) to highly experienced level
Security clearance (SC) required with willingness to obtain DV clearance and site-specific vetting
Valid driving licence and ability to travel across the South region
Proficiency in completing accurate client-facing and internal reports
Knowledge of company and local procedures relating to safety quality security and environmental compliance
Ability to use company equipment including mobile phones PDAs and laptops effectively
