Job Description:

Are you a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced changing environment Are you focused on excellent customer service Are you independent and self-motivated If yes consider joining Distribution Compensation this is a great position to start to understand the Individual and Group lines of business.

What will you do

• Update advisor records in the systems (address phone email address banking etc.)

• Update advisors license information for all provinces

• Process advisor terminations and prepare termination letters

• Ensure privacy and confidentiality guidelines are respected

• Perform due diligence on advisors order background checks

• Prepare contract file welcome letters etc.

What do you need to succeed

• This opportunity is available to students with a August 2026 or later graduation date

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

• Strong prioritization skills when handling high work volumes

• Proactive team player that takes accountability for their work

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.

Eligible Sun Life employees for various Campus Graduate programs will also participate in various incentive plans payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance
