Job Summary
F&F Realty has grown again and we are searching for a full-time maintenance technician for our apartment community located in Lombard Illinois.

Summary of Qualifications:
- Timely completion of routine repairs maintenance requests and work orders throughout the community.
- Ensures all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.
- Assess and repair issues including electrical plumbing HVAC appliances and interiors. Must be able to perform plumbing electrical HVAC carpentry painting dry wall repairs and snow removal.
- Enjoys team effort
- Problem solver
- Reliable transportation & live within 30 minutes of the property for on-call
- Have current HVAC certification or willingness to get.
