As part of our global team youll have the opportunity to regularly perform translations for assigned languages and quality checks to ensure a high-quality output to our internal and external stakeholders.
What Youll Do:
Performs translation tasks including initial translation revision and quality checks.
Updates terminology and TM for assigned language(s).
Provides input for the evaluation of translators and reviewers.
Maintains an overview of the specific rules and instructions for assigned language(s).
Attends meetings and supports additional linguistic tasks as required.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
Previous experience that provides the knowledge skills and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 2 years).
In some cases an equivalency consisting of a combination of appropriate education training and/or directly related experience will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
0-2 years proven translation experience preferred in life sciences translatons
Proven Terminology and TM experience required
CAT/TMS tool experience preferred
Ability to multi-task time management organization and attention to detail
Excellent oral written and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Working Conditions and Environment:
Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.
Occasional drives to site locations with occasional travel both domestic and international
