Responsabilities
Generation of material demand for future installations (forecast)
Assignment of installation contracts to labor subcontractors
Definition of optimized databases or improvement proposals
Negotiation with suppliers regarding prices per activity
Requesting invoicing for completed projects
Requesting material release from the central warehouse
Receiving new contracts from the Sales area as new project demand
Sharing project scopes with internal areas
Support team members to ensure consistency in the preparation of scopes of work project plans cost estimates and equipment lists/forecasts aligned with customer requirements involving project team members as necessary to provide inputs to these documents.
Define together with the Area Manager the work schedule for project engineering and operations tasks to meet deliverables according to the work plan and defined milestones.
Facilitate the bidding process with subcontractors and lead price negotiations with them.
Develop implement and periodically report key performance indicators (KPIs) for the service.
Collaborate with the Sales team to support new business development initiatives including the preparation and presentation of proposals to customers when required.
Monitor project status assess risks and report to management.
Manage revenue forecasts generated by team members ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Administer the customer satisfaction survey process to ensure regular and consistent feedback on project delivery performance taking necessary actions based on customer comments.
Develop and maintain project delivery processes and methodologies that ensure best practices governance and support.
Manage and monitor team workload assign new projects and perform resource planning to cover current and future execution demands.
