Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
Support budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close processes
Assist with statutory reporting audit preparation and compliance requirements
Partner with operational stakeholders to provide financial insight and support decision-making
Contribute to finance projects system enhancements and process improvements
Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen controls efficiency and reporting quality

Candidate Profile

You will have proven experience in an Accountant or similar role within a medium to large organisation. You bring a solid grounding across financial and management reporting with the confidence to work closely with a Finance Manager and broader stakeholders. You enjoy variety are comfortable managing competing priorities and are keen to be involved in projects and process improvement alongside core reporting or CPA qualification or progress towards qualification will be highly regarded.
