Yourmission
As President of Ground Support you take the overall responsibility for creating planning implementing and integrating the strategic direction of our division. You have full P&L accountability for our global business including sales and manufacturing. With an eye on the future youexecute onour growth ambitions and ensure that our organization is fit for purpose. The journey of integrating theGround Supportbusiness into Sandvik is well advancedand will continue to be in focus.To be successful in the roleyou build good networks and collaborationinthedivisionbetweenour regionscross-divisional salesorganizations and most importantly our customers.

Your division covers a global industrial footprint fromtheAmericas to Asiaand includes theregionsEMEA North America APAC LATAM Global SupplyandGlobalProducts.
The location for this position is flexible with a preference for Munich Germany. You report to the President of Sandvik Mining. Global travel is a natural part of therole.
Your background and character
You havea background in general management includingpreviousaccountability for profit and loss statements in a global setting. A proventrack recordof managing B2B sales and business development in different markets is necessary. You know how to bring a division toward a successful futurebylistening to customerneeds prioritizing areas of developmentand developing a strategy into clear and well communicated execution plans.
Yourea passionate entrepreneur with exceptional leadership skills and a confident courageous mindset.It is a plus if you have relevant knowledge of the mining and constructionindustry. To perform well in our diverse setting you also need a highly developed culturalawarenessand a proventrack recordof successful execution and delivery according to plan.
Most importantly you develop our business and the people around you through empoweringinfluentialand credible leadership and you create a collaborative environment based on clear and precise communication. As weoperateworldwide you also need advanced verbal and writtenproficiencyin English.
