Job Summary
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Cocktail Crafting: Design develop and execute classic and signature cocktails ensuring consistency and high standards for taste and presentation.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with guests understand preferences recommend drinks and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
- Bar Operations: Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked bar managing inventory ordering supplies and adhering to hygiene standards.
- Inventory & Stock: Monitor and manage stock levels for spirits liqueurs garnishes and other bar essentials; prepare fresh garnishes.
- Menu Development: Contribute to seasonal menus creating new recipes and specials to enhance offerings and drive sales.
- Staff Training: Train and mentor junior bartenders on techniques recipes and service standards.
- Compliance: Uphold all health safety and alcohol service regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of spirits liqueurs mixology techniques and flavor profiles; proficiency in drink preparation and presentation.
- Soft Skills: Creativity excellent customer service strong communication attention to detail multitasking and teamwork.
- Experience: Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist.
