As our Operations Manager you will oversee the full lifecycle of our driver and fleet operationsfrom hiring and onboarding to daily performance management scheduling safety compliance and vehicle oversight. Safety is our top priority and maintaining a safe efficient and productive workplace is essential to success in this role.

What Youll Be Doing
- Meet daily and long-term production demands
- Interact professionally with customers and drivers
- Manage hiring and employee scheduling
- Track daily individual employee performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Oversee a large fleet of vehicles and ensure rideshare program standards are met
- Lead and develop a large team of supervisors and drivers while exceeding performance expectations

Requirements
- Fleet management experience
- Experience with vehicle telematics or ability to learn quickly
- Proven success leading teams and driving performance culture
- Must be 25 years of age or older
- Minimum of 1 year of fleet management experience in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate or Bachelors degree preferred)
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check in accordance with local laws
