Job Description & Summary

CEE HC Performance Compensation and Analysis is a regional team supporting 26 territories. We handle various people-related data manage compensation processes and policies and adviseand coordinateHR internal audits in Assurance.

We are looking for:

Compensation and Analysis Specialist
(HC Controlling (50%) and reward (50%) senior specialist

Your future role:

• Work with data systems (HC and financials) to understand and interpret HC metrics and HC related financial metrics
• Contribute solution-oriented thinking and project delivery for compensation topics including involvement in broader regional initiatives
• Own and coordinate annual Compensation review for Territories
• Own and deliver compensation related tasks salary surveys and compensation analysis
• Provide reporting support to the HCBP function; this is related to compensation and Workday data.
