Job Summary

What Youll Do

  • Lead and grow your hardscape sales territory through strategic initiatives

  • Participate in world-class training and certification programs (Professional Sales Training ICPI NCMA)

  • Leverage our custom CRM and Business Intelligence tools to craft winning strategies and close deals

  • Train and enable dealer teams to grow their business with Techo-Bloc products

  • Maintain brand consistency and service excellence across all channels

  • Collaborate with internal teams sales directors dealers and contractors to share knowledge and best practices

  • Maintain high standards for deliverables visual branding and user experience

  • Research and share creative product placement ideas on social media

 


Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

  • Strong and ambitious work ethic with a positive can-do attitude

  • Post-secondary education

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a dealer network or hardscape/building materials industry

  • Experience building sales action plans analyzing reports hosting events and developing customer relationships

  • Valid passport and ability to travel to Canada for training/meetings

  • Home office-based with daily face-to-face on-site meetings; must have access to South West OH USA

  • Overnight travel expected for sales and training purposes
