As a Process Specialist Engineer Final Assembly you will play a key role in shaping robust efficient and future-ready manufacturing processes within an international production network.
Your contribution to something big:
- Contributing to the development and implementation of new technologies within simultaneous engineering projects.
- Actively participating in the International Production Network (IPN) collaborating with global plants and stakeholders.
- Leading and coordinating plant-related activities within the IPN.
- Driving continuous improvement of equipment products and manufacturing processes.
- Defining process parameters controls and quality standards.
- Supporting machine and equipment specification supplier selection and purchasing processes.
- Participating in industrialization milestones and ensuring smooth process implementation.
- Monitoring process performance and manufacturing costs.
- Working in multidisciplinary teams to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
- Applying quality and process tools such as Control Plans FMEA and Process Guidelines.
- Collaborating closely with product development teams to ensure manufacturability and process robustness.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
Education
- Masters degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical Mechatronics Physics or similar).
Experience
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment ideally in final assembly or industrialization.
Know-how
- Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control).
- Good understanding of data analytics applied to manufacturing.
- Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
- Familiarity with vision systems is a plus.
Languages
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
Working Style and Methods
- Structured analytical and solution-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
