Process Specialist Engineer – Final Assembly (Maternity leave) (fmdiv.)

As a Process Specialist Engineer Final Assembly you will play a key role in shaping robust efficient and future-ready manufacturing processes within an international production network.

Your contribution to something big:

• Contributing to the development and implementation of new technologies within simultaneous engineering projects.
• Actively participating in the International Production Network (IPN) collaborating with global plants and stakeholders.
• Leading and coordinating plant-related activities within the IPN.
• Driving continuous improvement of equipment products and manufacturing processes.
• Defining process parameters controls and quality standards.
• Supporting machine and equipment specification supplier selection and purchasing processes.
• Participating in industrialization milestones and ensuring smooth process implementation.
• Monitoring process performance and manufacturing costs.
• Working in multidisciplinary teams to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Applying quality and process tools such as Control Plans FMEA and Process Guidelines.
• Collaborating closely with product development teams to ensure manufacturability and process robustness.

Qualifications :

What distinguishes you:

Education

• Masters degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical Mechatronics Physics or similar).

Experience

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment ideally in final assembly or industrialization.

Know-how

• Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control).
• Good understanding of data analytics applied to manufacturing.
• Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
• Familiarity with vision systems is a plus.

Languages

• Good command of English both written and spoken.

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
