Job Summary
Generic Responsibilities
- Performs all the loan administration tasks and manage the associated refinancing activity of all financing activity of the relevant EMEA branch.
- Ensures day-to-day support across all business lines both for new and existing credit facilities implementing credit in the system following instructions of the Middle Office.
- Manages payments strict time constraints to ensure a high-level of servicing whilst limiting any potential Operational Risk issues.
- Facilitates new loan utilizations rollovers repayments prepayments fees interest rate and margin management.
- Checks and executes clients instructions and reconciliation checks and carries out investigations where necessary.
- Monitors the receipt of all interest principal sums and fees due.
- Ensures processing and management of financing deals are in compliance with regulations and processing times.
Qualifications :
Bachelor Degree in Economics/Management;
Relevant cash payment and reconciliation systems experience (Kalypson Plasnet Sesame Picasso IMS etc.);
Knowledge with Methods and Processing Payments;
Mastery of English;
Ability to ensure compliance with productions constraints (costs deadlines and quality);
Knowledge of area Tools such as: LoanIQ; Toge (FR) Sysco (FR) Vermeer (FR) Calypso (EMEA) Plasnet SDD Mandats (FR) Sesame Flora (FR) Sword Skylab RefTaux Picasso (EMEA);
