Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Waiter or Waitress to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our food and beverage service team you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner
- Present menus make recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using point-of-sale systems
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure tables are set up correctly and the dining area is clean and organized
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items daily specials and any changes
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in side work duties such as rolling silverware and restocking service areas
Qualifications :
- Must be a Saudi National eligible for the Tamayyaz Program
- Open to candidates with little to no work experience including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant experience
- Basic English language skills required
- Strong passion for the hospitality industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Customer-focused with the ability to remain calm and courteous in fast-paced environments
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling bills and payments
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for maintaining a clean and organized dining area
