We are seeking a friendly and professional Waiter or Waitress to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our food and beverage service team you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner
Present menus make recommendations and answer questions about menu items
Take accurate food and beverage orders using point-of-sale systems
Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
Ensure tables are set up correctly and the dining area is clean and organized
Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items daily specials and any changes
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
Assist in side work duties such as rolling silverware and restocking service areas

Qualifications :

Must be a Saudi National eligible for the Tamayyaz Program
Open to candidates with little to no work experience including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant experience
Basic English language skills required
Strong passion for the hospitality industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
Customer-focused with the ability to remain calm and courteous in fast-paced environments
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
Basic math skills for handling bills and payments
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for maintaining a clean and organized dining area
