Job Summary
Role Summary:
We are looking for a BI & Analytics professional responsible for maintaining existing reports supporting data pipelines and ensuring reliable data availability for business reporting and analytics needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and support existing BI reports to ensure accuracy performance and availability.
Monitor and support ETL/ELT data pipelines identifying and resolving failures or data issues.
Manage and monitor data flow integrations between source systems data platforms and reporting tools.
Perform dashboard updates based on business requirements and change requests.
Develop and deliver ad-hoc reports to support business and operational decision-making.
Ensure data quality consistency and timely refresh of reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and data engineering teams to understand reporting needs and resolve issues.
Document reporting logic data sources and operational procedures.
Skills & Experience:
5-7 years of experience in BI & Analytics reporting and dashboard maintenance.
Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline monitoring.
Proficiency in SQL and working with relational or cloud-based data warehouses.
Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Qlik or similar).
Ability to analyze data issues and provide quick resolutions.
Experience in ad-hoc reporting and data analysis.
Basic understanding of data modeling and performance optimization.
Experience with ticket-based support or managed services environments
Certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
Tableau Desktop Specialist / Certified Data Analyst
Qlik Sense Business Analyst Certification
Qualifications :
Educational qualification:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Relevant professional certifications strongly preferred.
Experience :
5-7 years of experience in BI & Analytics reporting and dashboard maintenance.
