Job Summary

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) Trainer to design and deliver high-quality technical training programs focused on modern AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in AI/ML and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical applied learning experiences for engineering and data professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop structured training programs covering:
- Artificial Intelligence fundamentals
- Foundational Machine Learning concepts
- Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Agentic AI and autonomous systems
- AI applications for engineering and data teams
Deliver instructor-led sessions (virtual and in-person)
Conduct workshops bootcamps and enterprise training sessions
Develop hands-on labs case studies and practical assignments
Guide participants in building real-world AI applications
Assess learning outcomes and provide performance feedback
Continuously update curriculum based on emerging AI trends

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science AI Data Science or related field
5 years of experience in AI/ML data science or software engineering
Strong proficiency in Python
Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn)
Hands-on experience with Generative AI LLMs and prompt engineering
Familiarity with AI agent frameworks and orchestration tools
Prior experience delivering technical training or mentoring

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with MLOps and model deployment
Exposure to cloud AI platforms (AWS Azure GCP)
Experience working with enterprise clients
Strong presentation and communication skills
