Working alongside an exceptional culinary and front-of-house team you will play a key role in delivering memorable guest experiences leading service excellence and developing our people in one of Sydneys most awarded restaurants.
- Lead front-of-house food & beverage operations delivering friendly professional service
- Manage restaurant and bar teams planning daily activities
- Manage guest issues and support emergency response procedures
- Ensure clear communication through service logs and cross-department collaboration
- Drive performance against budgets service standards and customer satisfaction targets
- Support team training inductions and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications :
- A demonstrated passion for leading the next generation of hospitality leaders.
- Previous experience Supervising a large team within a Hospitality environment
- Ability to support and guide team members to reach operational expectations
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation
- Strong organisational skills and time management
- Full working rights in Australia
