Job Summary
Are you proactive fast-paced and passionate about supporting the aged care sector
Join HCAs Workforce Solutions team and play a key role in delivering workforce coverage to aged care facilities across Australia.
Day to day!
In this dynamic fast-moving role you will:
- Rapidly fill aged care shifts across a large national client base
- Build strong relationships with PCWs ENs RNs and aged care facilities
- Convert newly registered candidates into active shift workers
- Maintain accurate workforce data compliance and availability
- Proactively reverse-market available candidates to maximise placements

You thrive in busy environments love talking to people and can juggle competing priorities while delivering excellent service. Youll bring strong customer service skills exceptional communication and the drive to help our aged care clients deliver safe quality care.
Youll be successful in this role if you have:
- Experience in recruitment allocations customer service or call-centre environments
- Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates
- Great communication and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to work fast stay organised and manage competing priorities
- Confidence using systems databases and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of the aged care healthcare or nursing sectors (desirable)
