Job Summary
As a Rostering & Recruitment Consultant in our business you will have the important role to:
- Efficiently respond to inbound calls and emails from our healthcare clients to help fill nursing shifts ensuring satisfaction and a seamless placement process through effective communication and customer service.
- Contact our amazing nursing candidates placing them into these evening/overnight shifts often a short notice
- Ensure this process follows our required compliance (which we will train you on!) and follows all legal and statutory requirements
This is a full-time position with 8-hour shifts with varying start times between 5:00am and 9:00am. Youll join a dedicated team focused on supporting our healthcare clients with their staffing needs.

You thrive in fast-paced environments confidently managing phone and email enquiries while remaining calm under pressure. Ideally you bring experience in healthcare rostering and are driven by a genuine passion for coordinating effective services for both clients and staff. Your strong communication and customer service skills enable you to build positive relationships.
Any understanding of the healthcare nursing or aged care sectors will put you at an advantage!
