As a Consultant Sales Support & Qantas Agency Connect youll help ensure corporate contract information is processed correctly and consistently enabling our commercial teams to perform and our partners to serve travellers with confidence. Youll also provide high-quality administrative data and reporting support that enables accurate set-up activation and ongoing administration of corporate sales agreements while also delivering overflow support to Qantas Agency Connect (chat and online service requests) so agency partners receive timely accurate policy-aligned product fares and ticketing guidance.

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • 12 years experience in administration sales support operations or data processing roles
  • Demonstrated strength in high-volume high-accuracy data entry validation and documentation
  • Confidence using business systems (e.g. CRM platforms such as Salesforce) and working across multiple data sources
  • Strong Microsoft Office capability (especially for reporting documentation and stakeholder communication)
  • Clear professional communication skills and a service mindset when engaging internal stakeholders and external partners
  • A practical ability to interpret and apply policies guidelines and contract conditions consistently
  • A proactive dependable approach to prioritising workload meeting deadlines and escalating exceptions appropriately
  • Commitment to safety compliance and doing the right thing every time
