How youll make a difference

We are looking for an Associate Director / Principal who can work collaboratively to prepare and manage high-quality environmental impact assessments and approvals deliverables. You will be a team player who has the confidence and experience to drive the delivery of high quality environmental services for our clients. 

What will a day in this role look like:

  • Working closely with industry specialists to undertake and coordinate environmental impact assessments and approvals on high-profile multidisciplinary intellectually challenging projects.
  • Working collaboratively with clients and AECOM design teams to ensure environmental matters are appropriately considered and managed at all stages of design development and project construction
  • Providing technical leadership and confidence in guiding team members to identify risks solve problems communicate change through planning design and approval processes.
  • Project manage  develop bids and develop relationships with clients and stakeholders on a range of projects.

Qualifications :

What are we looking for from you

  • Have a Bachelors degree in an appropriate discipline such as environmental science.
  • Have demonstrated environmental impact assessment and approvals experience across a number of market sectors and a good industry reputation defence projects desirable.
  • Have strong project management/coordination skills and commercial acumen to effectively manage resources timelines quality and budgets.
  • Be a good communicator with proven ability to translate technical information into professionally written reports and communications. 
  • Possess the emotional intelligence to develop and maintain positive peer and client relationships with a professional presence and client focus mindset.
  • Be a strong team player influencer and most importantly a real collaborator.
