Job Summary
Youll run the bar like its yours. From the way it feels when guests walk in to whats in the glass to how the team shows up every shift.
Being an expert mixologist with creative flare there is no limits!
You will:
- Create a bar atmosphere thats buzzing social and unapologetically cool
- Lead a high-energy team who actually love what they do
- Curate drinks menus and moments that stand out (no boring lists here)
- Balance creativity with commercial smarts margins matter
- Be visible hands-on and right in the mix
- The host with the most at their fingertips creating epic events for our social hub
Qualifications :
- Youve got presence people notice when youre in the room
- You thrive in fast-paced and high-volume environments
- Youre a natural leader not a clipboard manager
- You get people playlists pace and pressure
- Youre confident creative and not afraid to try something different
- Bar nightlife or lifestyle hospitality experience is a must
- Hotel experience Cool if you have it. Not essential if youve got the edge.
