Job Summary

  • Administrative and financial management of the Department its customers partners and staff members.
  • Accountable for financial performance and governance in Agriculture Food and Life business segment (AFL) including top line growth profitability margin improvement efficiency and productivity.
  • Promotion of the company brand and integrity in the market.
  • Analysis of market potential development of competitive and operational positioning strategies.
  • Development of new service and product concepts.
  • Translation of business strategy into pragmatic action plans and their execution.
  • Negotiation drafting and management of contracts with local and international clients.
  • Provision of consulting and customer assistance services including monitoring and management of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring integrity and continuous improvement in inspection testing and certification services.
  • Leadership and training of the work team at national level.

Qualifications :

  • Degree in Agronomic Engineering Business Management Chemistry or other related qualification.
  • 10 years of experience in leadership and business management positions at national.
  • Goals and results orientated.
  • Solid knowledge of financial management.
  • Excellent public relations and negotiation.
  • Experience in project design and business plans.
  • Experience in team leading partnership and change management.
  • Exposure in laboratories and technical inspections of agriculture products.
  • Familiar with ISOs 45001 and 17025.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
  • Practical computer knowledge from the users point of view of MS Word Excel PowerPoint CRM System programs (is an advantage).
