Spa Reception Agent Full Time

Reporting to the Spa Director responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

• Consistently offers professional engaging and friendly service
• Assist in the operation of all spa departments and to have knowledge of all Spa treatments
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests during check in and check out.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all aspects of job performance.
• Host guests through the facility and familiarize them with the surroundings while explaining the Fairmont Spa story.
• Guide the guests towards their specific needs when making reservations and offer multiple treatment bookings and up-sells.
• Communicate all changes cancellations and additions to the Spa Leadership team.
• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to Hotel health and safety standards.
• Process transactions and adjustments daily.
• Accept responsibility for cash drawer and ensure it balances at close of shift.
• Perform any duties and responsibilities as assigned including check lists.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Direct Members and Guests to appointments and assist them with the use of sauna steam whirlpool etc
