How youll contribute
ASpeech Pathologist who excels in this role:
Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patients condition. Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.
Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services. Supervises activities of clinical fellows students and other support personnel.

What were looking for
Required Licenses: Licensed Speech Therapist; Current licensure with WA Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire
Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
