Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Bus Driver to transport passengers between Beta buildings and parking lots while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is punctual professional and committed to maintaining a safe and positive riding experience for all passengers.
How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:
- Safely operate a bus along assigned routes and schedules
- Pick up and drop off passengers at designated stops
- Follow all traffic laws safety procedures and company policies
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain a clean and orderly bus
- Communicate clearly with passengers and dispatch
- Assist passengers as needed including those with mobility challenges
- Report delays incidents or mechanical issues promptly
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check drug screening and DOT physical
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Prior bus or commercial driving experience preferred but not required
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Above and Beyond Qualifications:
- Familiarity withMicrosoft Outlook Word Excel.. A plus
- Class A CDL
- First aid CPR training
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Ability to follow a strict schedule for the day
$26 - $32 an hour
The wage listed here reflects our best faith estimate for this role. We pay competitively and base compensation on a variety of factors including skills experience industry background and the evolving needs of the role.
