Executive Driver
Full-Time Syosset NY
Salary Range: $72500$80000
A Commercial Real Estate firm located in Syosset New York is seeking a reliable and professional Executive Driver to support company principals and their family. This is a full-time role requiring flexibility discretion and a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities
Safely drive company vehicles for principals and family members to and from meetings appointments and airports.
Maintain availability MondayFriday with occasional weekends and be flexible for short-notice schedule changes due to a demanding calendar.
Perform preventive maintenance on company vehicles including inspections fueling cleaning and ensuring service records are current.
Run errands and fulfill special requests as needed.
Assist with light office support tasks including maintaining the office vending machine with snacks and beverages.
Complete shopping trips (e.g. Costco BJs) for both the office and residence.
Provide general assistance and handle additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Prior experience working with private families is preferred; retired law enforcement experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of NYC and Long Island streets highways and major landmarks.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Professional appearance with a pleasant service-oriented demeanor.
Strong command of the English language both verbal and written.
Valid New York State Drivers License with a clean driving record.
