Job Summary

Senior Software Engineer - Logistics
Fremont CA onsite

POSITION SUMMARY:
The position is needed to support business requirements for the non-finished vehicle logistics. This will include production and service inbound service outbound ecommerce and energy shipments. This position will also need to support the Rates portal application.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Understand the business requirements for the above mentioned areas
2. Design solutions around the business requirements
3. Implement the code write unit tests integration tests and support QA to ensure that the requirements/solution is deployed to production
4. Support any/all post production issues
5. Prepare documentation for the changes being deployed to production
6. Support the team to fulfill their tasks if needed

REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. At least 3 years of experience in Object Oriented programming principles
2. At least 3 years of experience in any of the major programming languages. C# preferred but Python Golang etc. is also acceptable
3. At least 3 years of experience in relational database systems. MySql preferred
4. At least 2 years of experience with queueing systems like kafka RabbitMq etc.
5. Some familiarity with AI tools and LLMs would be preferrable but not required
