As part of our Engineering team youd play a hands-on role in keeping our fleet moving. This is a dual-skilled position that brings together train maintenance and depot driving giving you real variety and a clear sense of purpose every time you step onto the depot. Whether youre fault-finding servicing or moving units to keep the plan on track your work directly supports millions of journeys across the North.
You dont need previous train driving experience. Well train you from the ground up combining classroom learning with practical on-site experience to help you build a long-term career in rail engineering.
