Job Summary
The Role: What Youll Actually Be Doing
This is a 360-degree apprenticeship. Youll spend 13 months rotating through different areas of the business to understand how the magic happens:
- On the Road: Learning professional driving route optimization and vehicle safety.
- In the Hub: Loading/unloading vehicles and mastering warehouse logistics.
- In the Office: Getting a behind-the-scenes look at how we plan and track the nations deliveries.
- Maintenance: Learning to conduct full vehicle health checks and reporting faults to keep the fleet 100%.
- The Skills: Learning the tech behind the deliveries and maintaining high safety standards.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- The Basics: Youre 18 and have held a UK Category B license for at least 12 months.
- The Brains: 4 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above or equivalent. Youre organized communicative and have a high attention to detail.
- The Driving Record: A valid UK Drivers Licence with no more than 6 points. We have a zero-tolerance policy for major offences (like dangerous/careless driving driving under the influence of drink/drugs or mobile phone use).
- The Energy: Youre independently motivated and ready to show up with Passion Respect and Honesty.
