About the Job:
Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping and janitorial operations in large-scale facilities such as hotels hospitals shopping malls or apartment complexes. The role requires strong leadership attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards while working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise coordinate and manage a team of janitors and housekeeping staff
- Ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained according to required hygiene and quality standards
- Monitor daily operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time
- Handle work schedules shift planning and on-the-job supervision
- Manage operations effectively under pressure and during long working hours
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in housekeeping ancillary services or janitorial services in hotels hospitals shopping malls apartments or other large-scale facilities
- Proven ability to work under pressure and lead a team effectively
- Willingness and ability to work 12-hour shifts per day
