The F&B Supervisor-In Room Dining supports daily in-room dining operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction high service standards and efficient business performance. This role oversees order flow service delivery and product quality while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. The Supervisor leads trains and motivates the In-Room Dining team to deliver prompt courteous and professional service in line with brand and Food & Beverage standards. Responsibilities include supporting team relations encouraging problem-solving through training and empowerment and ensuring guest requests and concerns are handled promptly and effectively.
Qualifications :
College diploma in Hotel Management or related field
Previous experience in Food & Beverage/IRD operation
Passion for leadership and teamwork
Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
Excellent guest service skills
